Really Good Advertising is a blog about advertising. Surprised? I didn't think so.
Having not found any advertising blogs I wanted to read regularly I decided to create my own. My goal here is to provide insight, opinion, comment and criticism on not only advertising, but also other forms of media as well. This isn't to say you won't occasionally find a post on a totally random topic, but I will try to stick to advertising.
About Me:
My name is Matt. I have a degree in advertising and am putting it to use by doing some marketing work for a manufacturing company outside of Chicago. My title is 'Marketing Coordinator' and that is exactly what I do. I coordinate everything from our catalog to email marketing and product design to our website and advertising efforts. I love what I do and am pretty happy doing what I do.

Amanda is a very intelligent friend of mine who knows a thing or two about a lot (there is a heated debate on who knows more, but I think the answer is obvious). She is currently finishing up a masters program in Advertising Management and this is after a bachelor's degree in communication from a rather prestigious school. She brings the brains (and female perspective) to the table. Look for her posts once in a while.
